Eva Ullmann
Eva is a former Olympic gymnast and Argentinian national champion, who represented her country internationally for several years. After gymnastics, she became a certified Pilates Instructor (PMA) and 500-hour Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), with over 15 years of teaching experience and many others certifications in movement and biomechanics.
Specializing in therapeutic and somatic movement, Eva blends her deep understanding of body mechanics with a holistic approach to wellness.
Her passion for healing led her to India, where she studied Ayurveda and Sound Therapy, as well as her experience of Cacao rituals through Mexico and Guatemala have deepened her connection to vibrational healing, where she uses her voice, musical instruments and her knowledge to hold space.
Today, Eva feels deeply connected to practices that bring presence and alignment with the heart’s true intention. As co-founder of Aureo Wellness Journey in Pescadero, BCS, she has created a sanctuary for others to explore movement, healing, and self-awareness. She lives happily with her family, embracing the flow of life.

Hesed Nájera
Hesed was born into a family grounded in yoga, meditation, and vegetarianism. In 2000, he proudly represented his country as the Mexican Captain in the XIII Young International Physicist Tournament in Budapest. He later pursued Marine Biology, earning a Master’s degree with honors in Sustainable Development.
A published author, Hesed has a deep passion for community-centered practices such as Temazcales, master plants, and mindfulness techniques like Vipassana meditation. As a Reiki Master and certified Ayurvedic massage therapist, trained in India under students of Mahatma Gandhi’s family therapist, his work embodies love, healing, and regeneration.
Together with his wife, Eva Ullmann, they lead Aureo, a Wellness Center in El Pescadero, BCS, fostering community, well-being, and regenerative growth.

Andrea Lindner
After getting her degree in Physical Education at the Universidad de la República in Uruguay, Andrea Lindner decided to explore the meaning of rehabilitation through equine therapy, therapies in aquatic environments, sports for people with different capabilities, as well as therapies for seniors with mental challenges. She got certified as a massage therapist to deepen her practice at a body and energetic level.
After this , she joined the Aureo team 3 years ago under the guidance of Hesed and has been constantly evolving in her practice by taking somatic workshops and other terapeutical techniques in order to improve the well-being and health of people.
