Liability Waiver Agreement
I understand that the SERVICES offered at AUREO WELLNESS JOURNEY include physical activities, massages, or ceremonial experiences aimed at promoting relaxation, stress relief, and physical re-education. I acknowledge that participation in any physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, or other physical injuries, which can be serious or disabling. These risks may arise from my own physical condition, equipment use, or the actions of others. I agree to listen to my body, stop any activity that causes discomfort, and seek assistance from the instructor when necessary.
I accept full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages, whether physical, mental, or emotional, that may occur during my participation in services provided by AUREO WELLNESS JOURNEY and its collaborators. I agree that these services are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I confirm that a licensed physician has determined my health condition and fitness for these activities. Additionally, I will inform the instructor of any relevant medical conditions, limitations, or concerns prior to participating. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or am recovering from surgery, I affirm that I have received medical clearance to engage in wellness activities.
I understand that participation in services such as yoga, massages, or ceremonial rituals comes with risks, which I voluntarily accept. I release and discharge AUREO WELLNESS JOURNEY, and any associated collaborators from any claims, causes of action, or liability for damages arising out of my participation in these services.
Informed Consent: By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have been informed of the potential risks associated with the wellness services provided. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my safety and comfort during participation, and I understand that participation is entirely voluntary.
Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless *AUREO WELLNESS JOURNEY*, and collaborators from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising out of my participation, including legal fees and costs.
I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver Agreement, my signature serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law in Baja California Sur.
